Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga and T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar have declared the sequel to the polarizing yet globally successful film “Animal,” starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, and Triptii Dimri. Titled “Animal Farm,” this venture is set to follow the trailblazing success of the original movie.

The post-credits scene of “Animal” hinted at its sequel, “Animal Park,” which is now revealed as “Animal Farm.” The announcement on Tuesday highlighted the burgeoning partnership between Vanga and Kumar, unveiling a series of upcoming cinematic wonders, including Prabhas’ “Spirit” and an Allu Arjun saga, following the triumphs of “Kabir Singh” and “#Animal.”

Vanga expressed gratitude for the creative freedom granted by Kumar, emphasizing the director’s comfort and sense of belonging at T-Series. The partnership allowed Vanga the liberty to choose music without budget constraints, fostering an environment conducive to uninhibited creativity.

The Indian box office saw “Animal” rake in Rs. 519.64 crores since its release on December 1, 2023, despite mixed reactions. The film’s post-credits scene hinted at the sequel’s premise, setting the stage for a storyline revolving around vengeance and transformations.

The sequel, “Animal Farm,” promises a gripping continuation of the narrative, as Vanga and Kumar venture into expanding the cinematic universe established by the original film.
