Bollywood actress Tamannaah Bhatia teams up with Dharmatic Entertainment for a refreshing start-up dramedy on Prime Video, exploring the highs and lows of the entrepreneurial journey.

Tamannaah Bhatia is all set to headline an upcoming start-up dramedy produced by Dharmatic Entertainment, Dharma Productions’ digital arm. The project, destined for Prime Video India, is still shrouded in secrecy regarding its title. Directed by Archit Kumar, known for Dr. Arora, the light-hearted series promises an exploration of the entrepreneurial journey’s highs and lows.

According to a report from Peeping Moon, the dramedy will feature two leading women, with casting underway for the second lead. Currently in pre-production, filming is scheduled for mid-March or early April, building anticipation for a nuanced portrayal of the start-up experience.

This collaboration marks the second project by Dharmatic Entertainment, following Showtime featuring Emraan Hashmi and Naseeruddin Shah, with a slated summer 2024 release.

For Tamannaah Bhatia, this venture adds to her digital portfolio, including Prime Video’s Jee Karda, Netflix’s Plan A Plan B, and Disney+Hotstar’s Aakhiri Sach. The actress is also set to feature in John Abraham’s Vedaa, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Bole Chudiyan, and the Tamil movie Arnamanai 4 in the near future.
