Actor Sunny Deol has officially been confirmed to play the powerful Hanuman in Nitesh Tiwari’s much-anticipated film, “Ramayana.” The film, set to star Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita, is gearing up to be an epic cinematic retelling of the revered Hindu epic.

The announcement has sparked considerable enthusiasm, with insiders reporting that Sunny Deol is “all charged up” for this “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.” Known for his imposing physical presence and unwavering dedication, Deol seems like a perfect fit for the role, embodying the strength and loyalty associated with Hanuman.

Despite online discussions about the age gap between Deol and Kapoor, the makers remain undeterred, emphasizing the timeless nature of the Ramayana narrative. The casting is seen as a legacy choice, aiming to bring to the screen the pure bond shared by Lord Ram and Lord Hanuman.
