Salman Khan expresses interest in expanding the YRF Spy Universe, hoping for Aamir Khan’s inclusion following the massive success of ‘Tiger 3.’ The actor reminisces about the collaborative spirit of the 1990s and discusses his journey as a superstar in recent interviews.

Salman Khan‘s recent blockbuster ‘Tiger 3′ has soared to become the fourth highest-grossing film of 2023. While celebrating the film’s success, Khan expressed his desire for Aamir Khan to join the YRF Spy Universe. In a recent interview, he reflected on the camaraderie among stars in the 1990s, highlighting the era’s multi-starrer films that enhanced the cinematic experience.

Salman Khan expressed his wish for Aamir Khan‘s entry into the spy-verse, drawing parallels between their partnership and the iconic friendship of Jai and Veeru, portrayed by Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra in ‘Sholay.’

Reflecting on his career’s earlier days, Khan emphasized the power of multi-starrer films, citing collaborations with industry contemporaries like Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt, Shah Rukh Khan, and Aamir Khan that led to doubled box office collections. However, he acknowledged the current generation’s reluctance toward multi-starrer projects.

In another interview with India Today, Khan humbly denied feeling like a superstar, emphasizing his lifestyle choices and mindset that don’t align with the typical superstar persona.

‘Tiger 3,’ released on Diwali, marks the third installment in the Tiger franchise and has grossed approximately Rs 394 crore globally, cementing its place among the year’s highest-grossing films.
