Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Animal‘ has stormed the box office, securing the second-fastest position among Hindi films to achieve the ₹100 crore mark domestically. Released on December 1, ‘Animal’ amassed ₹113.12 crore nett within just two days, surpassing Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Jawan,’ which previously held the spot at ₹111.73 crore nett over the same duration.

While ‘Animal‘ claims the second position, Shah Rukh Khan‘s ‘Pathaan‘ continues its reign as the quickest Hindi film to cross ₹100 crore, leading the chart with ₹123 crore nett within the same two-day window.

Joining the league of speedy ₹100 crore achievers in Hindi cinema are Salman Khan‘s ‘Tiger 3,’ securing the fourth position with ₹101 crore nett in two days, and Yash’s ‘KGF: Chapter 2,’ ranking fifth with ₹100.74 crore nett in the same duration.

Both ‘Tiger 3‘ released on Diwali 2023 and the Hindi version of Yash’s ‘KGF: Chapter 2,’ unveiled in 2022, notably accomplished the milestone within a swift two-day period, adding to the remarkable success and competitiveness within the Bollywood box office landscape.
