PLANO, Texas — Plano police have arrested two suspects, Vincent Hudgens and Angelica Smith, in connection with a string of vehicle burglaries across several North Texas cities.

The arrests occurred on Tuesday in Dallas, where police found the pair with a stolen truck. Inside the vehicle, officers recovered stolen property, including personal information identifying theft victims and a firearm.
