Old East Dallas Attempted Carjacking Leaves Victim Seriously Injured

DALLAS — An attempted carjacking in Old East Dallas early Sunday morning left a victim with serious injuries, prompting a police investigation. The incident occurred just before 4 a.m. in the 5600 block of Richard Ave., where authorities responded to reports of a shooting.
