The much-anticipated film, “Merry Christmas,” featuring the dynamic duo of Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi, has officially received a UA certificate from the CBFC. Clocking in at 2 hours, 24 minutes, and 24 seconds, the certification indicates that the film is suitable for a general audience with parental guidance.
Directed by Sriram Raghavan, renowned for his exceptional storytelling in thrillers like Andhadhun and Badlapur, “Merry Christmas” has been creating a buzz since its announcement. The star trio has been actively promoting the film, even participating in Bollywood Hungama’s Hangout, a fan meet-and-greet event.
During the event, Katrina praised Vijay as a “gifted” artist, emphasizing his honesty and unique vision in performances. Meanwhile, Sriram revealed that the film was initially offered to Saif Ali Khan but underwent changes in the storyline.
