Jacqueline Fernandez Joins Housefull 5, Paired Opposite Akshay Kumar
The highly anticipated installment of the Hindi cinema franchise, Housefull 5, is set to begin production in September. Producer Sajid Nadiadwala has orchestrated an impressive cast for this comic caper, including Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Fardeen Khan, and Sanjay Dutt. The film will take place on a grand cruise, adding a new dimension to the franchise.
Housefull 5 boasts the highest budget in the series, with an investment of Rs. 300 crores. The makers aim to elevate the franchise to new heights with this lavish production. Jacqueline Fernandez has joined the ensemble cast as one of the female leads, pairing opposite Akshay Kumar.
“Jacqueline is thrilled to return to the Housefull franchise. She loves the comedic genre and is excited to continue her collaboration with Sajid Nadiadwala.” The source also mentioned that Nadiadwala is in talks with three other top actresses to join the film, with an official announcement expected soon.
Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, Housefull 5 is slated for release in June 2025. Fans can look forward to another round of laughter and star-studded performances in this eagerly awaited sequel.
