Dallas – A suspected drunk driver faces charges after a tragic crash in Dallas claimed the life of their passenger early Sunday morning.
According to Dallas Police, the accident occurred at approximately 2:45 a.m. on Northwest Highway near White Rock Lake. Authorities say the driver lost control of the vehicle, leading to a fatal crash.
The passenger, 23-year-old Sara Gonzalez, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, identified as 23-year-old Alyssa Rodriguez, sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
