Dallas Cowboys Fans Celebrate Thanksgiving Win with Tailgating Tradition
ARLINGTON, Texas – Thanksgiving traditions were in full swing as Dallas Cowboys fans gathered outside AT&T Stadium for some tailgating fun ahead of the game. Braving the chilly weather, fans enjoyed a feast featuring turkey, brisket, and more—a perfect pregame celebration.
The tailgate atmosphere was elevated by appearances from Cowboys legends Kenneth Gant and Kevin Williams, both proudly showcasing their Super Bowl rings. Fans lined up for autographs and shared in the camaraderie that defines Cowboys Nation.
“You just learn to appreciate people and come together. It’s all about family and support for the Cowboys,” said Kevin Williams.
For many, Thanksgiving and Cowboys football go hand in hand, making the day a family tradition. Laura Hatton, representing a proud military family, summed up the spirit: “We are the Hatton family, and go Cowboys!”
The game also brought international excitement. Daniel Linhares and Rachel Lesbirel, first-time visitors from the U.K., were thrilled to experience American football in Texas.
“First time in Dallas. First time in Texas as well,” said Linhares. “Everyone is so friendly with us.”
Lesbirel added, “We’ve been to NFL games in the U.K., but this is just different. It’s wild to experience an NFL game here.”
The Thanksgiving matchup proved special for fans both old and new, as the Cowboys clinched a victory to cap off the day of food, family, and football. Everyone had something to be thankful for—especially a Cowboys win.
