Over 30,000 families in North Texas attended the Christmas in The Park event at Fair Park, receiving new gifts and essentials. This annual charity event, running for 25 years, provides aid during the holiday season, supporting families in need.

Thousands of families in North Texas experienced the joy of Christmas in The Park at Fair Park, receiving a chance to select new gifts, toys, and household essentials at the renowned charity event.

For a quarter of a century, this event has grown into one of the DFW area’s largest charity gatherings, exemplifying the spirit of giving during the festive season. Families like Karen Reeves’, a mother of two, found solace in the event amid financial constraints, ensuring her children still experience the joy of Christmas.

Santa Claus made a special appearance, spreading cheer among attendees. The S.M. Wright Foundation, hosting the event, expressed gratitude for the unwavering support from sponsors and donors, aiding over 9,750 families in need this year.

This enduring tradition not only brings joy but also offers vital support, tackling issues like education and hunger relief. Donations for the Christmas in The Park event at Fair Park remain open until the year’s end, aiming to extend the holiday spirit to more families facing hardships during this season of giving.
