Amitabh Bachchan recently traveled to Jamnagar to attend the pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. After returning to Mumbai, he shared his experience on his Tumblr blog, praising the Ambanis for creating a truly divine atmosphere during the festivities. The event included a ‘maha arati’ on Sunday night that left a lasting impression on the attendees.
The three-day celebrations were attended by a host of celebrities including Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, and others who flew back to Mumbai together after the event1. Amitabh also highlighted Vantara, a project by Anant supported by Reliance Industries and Reliance Foundation aimed at providing relief to abused animals.
The star-studded affair saw the presence of various notable figures like Microsoft CEO Bill Gates and Ivanka Trump. The guests enjoyed traditional outfits at the ‘maha aarti’ night on the final day of the celebrations.
