The anticipation is finally over! The trailer for superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film, ‘Coolie’, has just dropped. It premiered at a spectacular audio launch event held at Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai this past Saturday. This trailer is sure to ramp up the excitement for the film, which is set to hit theaters on Independence Day weekend, August 14.
Clocking in at a stylish three minutes, the ‘Coolie’ trailer showcases an impressive ensemble cast in what promises to be an intense action drama.
Directed by Lokesh Kanagraj and produced by Sun Pictures, this film is generating a lot of buzz. The music, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, marks another collaboration with Rajinikanth following their work together on the 2023 film ‘Jailer’.
It’s worth mentioning that the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has awarded ‘Coolie’ an A certificate. The film is set to go head-to-head with YRF’s ‘War 2’, featuring Hrithik Roshan, Jr NTR, and Kiara Advani, when it releases in theaters on August 14.
