Tamannaah Bhatia Joins Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor & Diljit Dosanjh in No Entry 2
The makers of the iconic comedy film No Entry have finally put the long-awaited sequel in motion. Titled No Entry 2, the film promises a fresh take on laughter and chaos, with a star-studded cast and shooting set to begin soon.
Tamannaah Bhatia has officially come on board as one of the leading ladies. She returns to the comedy genre with this film and has expressed her excitement about playing a fun and glamorous role, reminiscent of Bipasha Basu’s character from the original 2005 hit. This news comes right after Tamannaah began filming Ranger, where she stars opposite Ajay Devgn.
Meanwhile, the team is also considering Aditi Rao Hydari for another key female role. While her casting isn’t locked in yet, discussions are actively underway.
On the male lead front, the sequel features a fresh trio — Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh. The three actors have already generated buzz thanks to their comic timing and screen presence. Though fans may miss the original cast of Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan, the new lineup promises a different flavor of entertainment.
Producer Boney Kapoor addressed the casting change in a recent interview with News18 Showsha. He clarified, “We couldn’t bring back the original cast because of scheduling conflicts. We need at least 200 days of combination dates to finish shooting, which wasn’t feasible.”
Boney also confirmed the production timeline. “We’ll begin shooting around June or July next year. The film is scheduled to release on October 26, 2025, as a Diwali treat. We’ve locked the date, and we’re aiming to stay on track despite the extensive post-production work.”
With Tamannaah Bhatia joining the team and potential additions like Aditi Rao Hydari, No Entry 2 is shaping up to be a high-energy comedy with a balanced mix of charm and chaos. Fans can look forward to a fresh take on the franchise with new faces and laugh-out-loud moments.
