The trailer for Azaad, featuring Ajay Devgn in a pivotal extended role, was unveiled on Monday, January 6. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, the film introduces Ajay’s nephew, Aaman Devgan, and newcomer Rasha Thadani in the lead roles.
The cast also includes Diana Penty, Mohit Malik, and Piyush Mishra. The story, penned by Ritesh Shah, Suresh Nair, and Abhishek Kapoor, features a screenplay by Ritesh, Suresh, and Chandan Arora.
With music composed by Amit Trivedi and a background score by Hitesh Sonik, the film boasts stunning cinematography by Setu. Chandan Arora not only co-wrote the screenplay but also handled the editing.
Produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Pragya Kapoor, Azaad is slated for a theatrical release on January 17.
