Alia Bhatt Begins Filming for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War

Bollywood star Alia Bhatt has started filming Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited project, Love and War. Sources close to the production confirmed that she began shooting solo sequences in Mumbai on Tuesday, kicking off her role in the movie.

The production team has scheduled Alia’s filming commitments for Love and War until November 2025, ensuring she focuses exclusively on this project. By late November, Alia will film pivotal scenes with her co-stars Ranbir Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.

Alia portrays a cabaret dancer, while Ranbir and Vicky take on the roles of Indian Armed Forces officers. Their characters contribute significantly to the film’s narrative, which explores themes of love, sacrifice, and patriotism.

Bhansali’s team plans to shoot the movie across multiple locations, promising his signature grandeur and immersive storytelling. Fans eagerly await this collaboration between Alia and Bhansali after their successful project Gangubai Kathiawadi.

With Ranbir and Vicky’s addition to the cast, Love and War is shaping up as one of Bollywood’s most ambitious films.
