Ajay Devgn Recites Special Shayari for “Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha”

With the release right around the corner, the makers are unveiling the film’s soundtrack. After a series of romantic numbers, the film now features a special shayari (poetry) recited by Ajay Devgn.
In a recent development, the makers released an asset on Tuesday, July 23, featuring Devgn himself reciting the shayari. The poetry provides a poignant insight into Neeraj Pandey’s first love story, taking the audience through diverse emotions of love and longing. It offers a unique perspective on love, deeply felt but seldom expressed in words. The actor’s recitation aims to add a poetic tribute to old-school romantics of this generation. The makers wanted to create an unforgettable experience for listeners, believing that Devgn’s voice, with its inherent charm and depth, would bring an added layer of emotion and sincerity to the shayari.
About Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha
The film chronicles the lives of Krishna and Vasudha as their relationship faces numerous hardships, leading to their separation. Krishna, after committing multiple murders, receives a life imprisonment sentence. After 22 years, he receives bail and leaves jail. The story revolves around his final meeting with Vasudha. The film also features Shantanu Maheshwari and Saiee Manjrekar, who portray the younger versions of Ajay and Tabu, respectively, along with Jimmy Sheirgill, who plays Vasudha’s husband, Abhijeet.
NH Studioz presents Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, a Friday Filmworks Production, produced by Narendra Hirawat, Kumar Mangat Pathak (Panorama Studios), Sangeeta Ahir, and Shital Bhatia. The film is set for a theatrical release on August 2, 2024.
