Fort Worth’s Fourth Fireworks Show Thrills Thousands

FORT WORTH, Texas – On Thursday night, Panther Island Pavilion welcomed 80,000 to 90,000 people for Fort Worth’s Fourth, an event that culminated in a spectacular fireworks show.

Gates opened at 5 p.m., but the main attraction was the meticulously planned fireworks display. Months of preparation ensured that the show went off without a hitch, with everything timed to perfection and controlled with the push of a button.

“It’s the best show in DFW, in my opinion. I’ve seen the show eight years in a row, and it’s amazing,” said Jordan Warnement, a longtime attendee.

Organizers took extra precautions to ensure safety, including watering nearby grass to prevent fires. Before the fireworks, attendees enjoyed musical performances and cooled off in the Trinity River, braving the triple-digit heat with inflatable tubes.

Angela Gonzaga highlighted the community spirit of the event, saying, “It’s just awesome to support local businesses and local artists. There’s a community feel, kids running around. It’s a special day.”
