Rajinikanth’s Jailer to be released on OTT sooner than expected.

South superstar Rajinikanth’s recently released film Jailer is winning the hearts of audiences and critics alike.

Under the direction of Nelson, the film has become one of the biggest hits of the year and has crossed the Rs 550 crore mark worldwide in just 15 days of its release. While fans of Rajinikanth who can’t make it to cinemas won’t have to wait longer. They can watch their favorite star from their homes as Jailer will soon be streaming on a leading digital platform.

Most films go digital 6-8 weeks after coming into cinemas, but Jailer has broken all records and will reportedly be released on OTT sooner. According to reports from our sources, the makers of the film had closed a 4-week deal with Netflix, and thus the film might be released on the digital streaming platform in the first week of September. The film hit the screens on August 11, 2023.

Jailer Box Office Collection Day 14
Within 2 weeks, the film has collected nearly Rs 300 crore at the Indian box office and is nearing the Rs 600 crore mark worldwide. On day 14 of its theatrical release, the film minted nearly Rs 3.65 crore, taking its total box office collection in India to Rs 295.65 crore. The film is expected to cross the Rs 300 crore mark today.
