People wearing red, white and blue are expected to fill up local bars and watch parties for this afternoon's World Cup game between the US and Wales.

Various bars and caf├ęs opened on Monday for fans hoping to watch England take on Iran.

"I'm glad to see everyone win. I'm more excited for the matches, seeing energizing games and how everything winds up," said Saul Castaneda, who got up on time to watch the match at the Dubliner in Dallas.
"It's amusement; it's good times. I love the World Cup. It's perfect to see everybody get together and support their groups regardless of what group it is. We appreciate it, and it brings additional business without a doubt," said Dubliner proprietor Peter Kenny.
This is the U.S. Men's Public Group's most memorable outing to the World Cup, starting around 2014 in Brazil.
Dallas has shown its help to its neighborhood players.
Notes from Apple's 'Ted Tether' have sprung up on neighborhood boards showing their help for nearby players Jesus Ferreira, Kellyn Acosta, and Weston McKennie.
Nearby artisans have likewise painted paintings of Ferreira and McKennie.
In 2026, the World Cup party will be in the U.S., and some matches will be in Arlington.
