Veteran’s Day parade in Fort Worth will be a bit different this year due to the ongoing pandemic. This year, it will be a drive-by affair.
No marching bands or floats will be seen at this time because of the pandemic. The route has been changed due to downtown street construction.
This year, the event will roll down Forest Park Boulevard along the Cedar Fork section of the Trinity River to Rotary Plaza and then pack to Panther Island.
According to reports from the Organizers, the Veterans Administration will still appreciate the Memorial motorcade and will honor the centennial anniversary of the Disabled American Veterans organization.
The event begins Wednesday, Nov. 11, at 11 a.m.
