Various Juneteenth events scheduled across North Texas

This year points to the second commemoration of June 19 being an authority government occasion.
To observe Juneteenth, a few associations facilitate family-accommodating occasions across North Texas.
A few occasions were held recently, similar to the yearly Lillian Ruth Bush Unity Prayer Service on June 3 and the Miss Juneteenth Pageant on June 4.

The lady is the 'Grandma of Juneteenth,' Ms. Opal Lee, and will be essential for the stroll for the opportunity this end of the week in Fort Worth.

The Panther Island Pavilion in Fort Worth will have a Juneteenth Festival at 4 p.m. The celebration will incorporate live exhibitions, food sellers, a children's play zone, and a firecracker show for families to appreciate.
