Tennessee Titans first-round pick Isaiah Wilson arrested on Friday night in Nashville to drive under the influence (DUI) charge.

Wilson is an offensive lineman listed at 6 feet 5, 350 pounds, was arrested and taken to jail around 11:30 p.m. Friday. After bail, he was released around 1:30 a.m. He is expected to appear before a judge in court on Oct. 7.

The Titans selected Wilson, 21, with the 29th overall pick in April’s draft. He is currently listed under the COVID-19/reserve list, which is the list for players tested positive or are quarantining because they were in contact with someone who tested positive for the virus. Wilson’s name was in this list earlier this year.

The Titans gave a statement and said, “We are aware of the situation.”  “This does not conduct that is indicative of the character of our football team and we are working through details on how to proceed.”
