Southern
California wildfire threatened more than 5,000 structures in rural Los Angeles
County continues to rage Friday. The officers from the Angeles National Forest
described fire movement as "hard to predict."
The Lake
Fire is burning between Lakes Hughes and Castaic and is about 65 miles north of
Los Angeles. It has grown to more than 17 sq. miles and was controlled by 5% by
7 p.m. PDT. The fire has devastated three structures and forced officers to
evacuate near Lake Hughes.
