
Due to
the increasing number of coronavirus cases in South Korea, More than 2000
schools have stopped in-person instruction.
The
Ministry of Education released a statement and said that this announcement
might affect 1,845 schools across the country, and it is the first time since
the pandemic hit the country in May that more than 1,000 schools will be
closed.
More
than 280 students and 79 faculty members have been tested positive for the
virus in schools across South Korea after the country tried to enter the
re-opening of in-person learning.
According
to reports from the Health officials, there are more than 17,665 cases of COVID-19
in South Korea, and more than 300 people have died since the day pandemic
clobbered the country.
