According to a source in Mid-Day, Shah Rukh recently completed the India portions of Pathan's shot, and as he prepares for the overseas shoot, he has switched his attention to Atlee's picture. According to the rumor, Shah Rukh will begin filming for Atlee's film in Pune in September. According to the daily's source, the film starring SRK and Atlee will get officially unveiled on the day the shoot begins. In addition to shooting alongside SRK in Pune, Atlee's film gets expected to get made in Mumbai, Dubai, and a few more cities.

According to a source who spoke to Mid-day, "On home ground, Shah Rukh has completed his Pathan sections. The crew is currently working on securing destinations for their international tour. As a result, the actor decided to focus on Atlee's film, which would have got released sooner if not for the pandemic. The shoot will last ten days. Although the film has been in the news since 2020, it will get officially announced it begins production." According to the rumor, Atlee and Shah Rukh's actioner might get made on a budget of INR 200 crore.
