Saturday afternoon, Several people were injured after a boat exploded on Lake Weatherford.

The incident took place around 3:15 p.m. According to a Texas game warden,  at least four people were there on the board at the explosion.

No information on the total number of people injured has been given so far. Authorities have said that three people were rushed to Parkland Hospital in Dallas, and one of those victims is just a 2-year-old kid.

No information on the conditions of those who were transported has been given yet.

The boat sank after the explosion.

Officers are still investigating to find out the cause of the explosion.
