Texas Health’s Presbyterian Hospital in Plano set up tents in its lobby to deal with patients after a significant increase in the number of COVID-19 cases.

Chief nursing officer Laura Massey said they thought they saw a tremendous increase last summer when they were dealing with 40 hospitalizations per day, but the number has increased now.

She said, "We are completely full right now." "We’re averaging about 100 positive COVID patients a day in our hospital." Her hospital can hold around 400 patients.
