Entertainer turned producer Pooja Bhatt, who is very active on her social media handle, has responded after PETA India respected her with honor for being the first Indian director to 'vow never to involve animals in films.'
She took to Twitter and shared photos of the letter sent by PETA India. The note read, "Dear Ms. Bhatt, We are thankful to you for being the first Indian director to vow never to involve animals in films, for Fish Eye Network. This responsibility makes certain to be a motivation for producers all over the planet and will consequently save animals' misery and injury on and offset. We are more than happy to give you PETA India's Compassionate Film Production Company Award as a token of our appreciation for your thoughtfulness to creatures. Congrats!"
Pooja composed alongside the photos, "Thank you for the honor @PetaIndia Delighted to be driving from the front on this one and promising never to involve animals in any movies or content I make. It will depend on PC designs if a film/show of mine at any point has a creature composed into it. Ask more movie producers to participate 🙏."
Not long after she shared the post, her fans praised her. One of the remarks read, "Good luck with that! Thank you for continuously showing empathy; it's the main thrust to change."
