'Badhaai Ho,' starring Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao, and Ayushmann Khurrana, has been three years since its debut in 2018. In honor of the occasion, Ayushmann stated that he gets pleased that his film impacted society.
"Most of my films get aimed for families to come in and engage, take back an essential message, and most importantly, get immensely entertained," Ayushmann said of "Badhaai Ho." I've been fortunate in that I've been able to locate screenplays that are fresh, original, and geared toward a family audience."
" 'Badhaai Ho' checked all of these boxes for me, and I'm grateful that the film sparked an important discussion in India about how society should respond to late pregnancy." When such events occur, society has conditioned us to behave in a specific way," he continued.
“We wanted to show people why it isn't as big a concern as we make it out to be,” says the group. We wanted people to perceive this issue through a more inclusive perspective and understand that it is not a taboo subject. That, in my opinion, was Badhaai Ho's success. My upcoming slate, which begins with 'Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui,' falls into this category and is a pleasant family entertainer."
Sanya Malhotra played a pivotal role in the film. Ayushmann will next be featured in the movies Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui' and 'Doctor G.'
