Meghna Gulzar has begun shooting for her much-anticipated film 'Sam Bahadur,' the movie producer declared on Monday. The film revolves around the story of Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, one of India's most prominent war heroes. He was the head of the Indian Army in 1971 when India battled the Bangladesh Liberation War with Pakistan.
The anecdotal show highlights Vicky Kaushal in the nominal job, close by Sanya Malhotra as Manekshaw's better half Silloo, and Fatima Sana Shaikh as previous Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

Meghna took to Instagram to confirm her fans as she began shooting on 'Sam Bahadur' and said thanks to the Indian armed force for their ceaseless help.
"Just Gratitude as we set out on this unique Journey...#SamBahadur currently recording. We are grateful for your proceeded with help @indianarmy.adgpi @indianairforce @indiannavy @jehanmanekshaw @bottlesidlemind and the Manekshaw family @vickykaushal09 @fatimasanashaikh @sanyamalhotra_," she composed, close by a short behind-the-scenes video.

Vicky Kaushal, Malhotra, and Shaikh shared Gulzar's post on their Instagram accounts.

Renowned author Bhavani Iyer has written the content of 'Sam Bahadur' alongside Meghna's dad Gulzar and Shantanu Srivastava of 'Badhaai Ho!' fame.
