Gulshan Grover, renowned in Bollywood as the "Bad Man," has starred in over 400 films throughout his four-decade career. Many people adore him for his latest role as the antagonist in Rohit Shetty's flick Sooryavanshi. While he still enjoys the attention, he reveals Aditya Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan thought of him.
The legendary villain of yesteryear's films is now one of Bollywood's and Hollywood's most sought-after performers.
During an interview, Gulshan Grover recalled when he got considered for a role in a film directed by Yash Raj Films' head honcho Aditya Chopra. "I got considered for a role by Aditya Chopra," he stated. 'I want to cast Gulshan Grover in a film, what do you think?' Adi questioned Shah Rukh Khan before making a final decision. 'If you can handle hard work and sincerity, he's the man,' SRK answered. 'Mujhe Laga ye star hai, villain hai, aayegaaur dismissive attitude se Kam karke Chalajayega. (I thought he's a star, a villain, he'll work dismissively and walk away)', Adi added, relieved by SRK's response.
Amitabh Bachchan asked a question regarding 'Bad Man' in one of the 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' (KBC) episodes, according to Gulshan Grover. "It was fantastic to see that question get raised on KBC," he said. Amitji gently elucidated the persona of the Bad Man from 'Ram Lakhan.' I even wrote Amitji a thank-you tweet.
