Four days ago, Dharmendra was admitted to the ICU of a medical clinic in South Mumbai. The most recent is that he has been moved out of the emergency unit. We hear that his son, actor Sunny Deol, visited him today and invested energy with him. A source told media, "Dharmendra is improving now; however, he will be under perception and presumably be in the emergency clinic for a couple of days."
On the work front, Dharmendra will be found in the sequel to 'Apne' (2007), which will rejoin him with his children Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol. The film will highlight his grandson Karan Deol also. He is also a piece of the Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh-starrer Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani', which will be delivered in February 2023. The film denotes the get-together of Dharmendra and Jaya Bachchan following 48 years. The two were most recently seen in 'Sholay' (1975).
In November last year, Dharmendra shared an image of his 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' group on his online entertainment page. The photograph included him with Shabana Azmi, Alia, Ranveer, and chief Karan Johar. Alongside the photo, he composed, " Dosto, Pyaar Mohabbat izzat itni milli sab se… pata howdy nahin chala fundamental nayi unit ke saath kaam kar raha."
Dharmendra has been all applause for youthful stars Alia and Ranveer. In a meeting with media, he had said, "Ranveer looks so normal in the entirety of his movies. Bada howdy pyaara ladka hai (He is a particularly delightful kid). Whenever we catch each other at a capacity, woh aake simple paas baith jaata hai (he sits close to me). Moreover, Alia is additionally splendid at her work."
