Today, Deepika Padukone was clicked at the Kalina airport in Mumbai as she headed to Goa to begin shooting her upcoming film. She looked beautiful as ever in her comfy neon co-ords and sneakers. The actress waved at the paparazzi. Deepika will start shooting in Goa for her Shakun Batra’s next film with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday.

Earlier, Siddhant was also captured by the paparazzi posing at the airport before heading to his destination.

Initially, this film was expected to be shot in Sri Lanka, but the team settled for Goa due to the ongoing pandemic. One of the Media’s spokesperson said,  “The delay gave Shakun time to work on the script. Since shooting in Sri Lanka is not feasible, they changed the setting to Goa, which has a similar landscape of beaches and vintage churches. The entire team will be in Goa for over a month and will shoot at real locations.”

On the work front, Deepika, Siddhant, and Ananya’s film is based on the relationships and will depict female experience in homes and workplaces.
