On Saturday, Dallas County reported another record for single-day cases of COVID-19 and topped 600 deaths from the COVID-19.
According to reports from the officers, the county reported less than 1,000 new cases for the past four days, but 1,257 new coronavirus cases and 18 deaths on Saturday.
This new death count makes this the deadliest week from COVID-19 so far.

After this count, the total number of cases of this county becomes 46,013, with 604 deaths from the coronavirus.
Out of 18 deaths reported, the youngest was a man in his 30s with some health issues.
County health officials were hopeful that the recent downward trend would continue.
Dallas County has announced closing all strip clubs/sexually oriented businesses and cigar bars on Friday to slow down the coronavirus spread.
Further reports from the Tarrant County health officials, the county reported 584 new cases Saturday and 15 more deaths.

Collin County reported 80 new cases, along with one new death. Denton County had 128 new cases and two more deaths.
