Authorities have recognized the speculation associated with a lethal mass taking shots at a business in Bryan, Texas on Thursday evening.
Police say 27-year-old Larry Bollin, of Grimes County, is accused of homicide. He is being charged on a $1 million bond.
The shooting happened at Kent Moore Cabinets, situated at 350 Stone City Drive, around 2:30 p.m.
As per the Bryan Police Department Chief, Bollin who is a worker at the business, appeared and started shooting at the office.
Specialists affirmed that one individual was articulated dead on the scene. Four others were taken to the clinic with basic wounds and a 6th individual was additionally taken to the emergency clinic for an asthma-related issue.
Texas DPS said that a trooper was shot while seeking after Bollin.
Lt. Craig Cummings, Spokesperson with the Texas Department of Public Safety, said troopers endeavored to arrest Bollin around 3:30 p.m. on FM 39, close to Iola.
That is when, Cummings said, Bollin terminated at a DPS trooper, striking the trooper. It's hazy where the trooper was shot, notwithstanding, the trooper was carried to the emergency clinic in genuine yet stable condition. The trooper's name was not delivered.
Bollin was arrested around 4:20 p.m. in Bedias.
Police expressed there is no intention yet in the shooting and they are proceeding to explore.
Bollin has been accused of homicide and has been set up for the Brazos County Sheriff's Office.
