On late Thursday Night, Abhishek Bachchan shared a photo from Mumbai-based Nanavati Hospital, wherein he is battling against the novel coronavirus with his father and actor Amitabh Bachchan. He shared the picture of his late-night walk and wrote, "Light at the end of the tunnel!"
The photo has received heartfelt emotions from fans and celebrities. Abhishek Bachchan's sister, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, also commented on his post, "Soon."
Filmmaker Farah Khan wrote, "Get well soon junior."
Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for the coronavirus on July 11. Both of them shared this news on Twitter.
Big B wrote, "I have tested COVID positive, shifted to Hospital. Family and staff underwent tests; results awaited. All that has been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get tested," Amitabh Bachchan wrote.
Abhishek Bachchan wrote, "Earlier today, both my father and I tested positive for COVID 19. Both of us having mild symptoms have been admitted to the hospital. We have informed all the required authorities, and our family and staff are all being tested. I request all to stay calm and not panic. Thank you."
A day later, Abhishek Bachchan's wife, actress Aishwarya Rai and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan also tested positive for the virus. They were rushed to Nanavati Hospital on July 1 and were discharged on July 27 after their tests came negative.
