Rohit Shetty's name has become synonymous with action, stunts, and, of course, vehicle explosions. His film contains several high-octane action sequences that always leave the audience in awe. But filming these sequences is no simple feat, and Shetty claims that he has lost count of how many stunts he has done in the last year.
Surprisingly, Rohit Shetty offers some facts about the action in his upcoming film Sooryavanshi, starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif, when discussing stunts. "In my recent film Sooryavanshi, I had a bike stunt in which the stunt guy is from Bulgaria," he explained. The other is from Cape Town, so that's how they meet and shoot for me. They did it because we had a CGI shot with drifting. The world record for a topple is held by Casino Royale, according to the Guinness Book of World Records. You won't believe the name Kaleem, a Bulgarian driver. He was shooting and completed seven rounds, but the world record is for eight topples, so if we had two more, we would have shattered it.”
As he proceeds to talk about his job, he says, "I've done more than 100 stunts with a car." More than 200 autos must get detonated. I can't remember how many there are. I also host a show called Fear Factor, which has given me a taste for adventure. I've met action teams all over, similar to how people meet others with similar culinary or fashion preferences, but I met a lot of action teams while on Fear Factor.
