On Wednesday, hundreds of people came together to remember four Community High School students killed in a crash. The crash on State Highway 78 in Lavon killed 17-year old Andrew Miller and Jordan Kidd and 16-year-old Marilynn Dominguez and Secily Lackey on Tuesday.

All teens attended Community High School in Nevada.  Their friends and fellow students gathered at the football field Wednesday night for a vigil organized by pastors within the community. Four wreaths were placed on the field to remember them.

Community High School Principal Michael Westfall talked to kids about the loss and said that Seeing kids walking in this morning and seeing kids understanding the seriousness of this issue so that no more lives are lost.

One of the classmates, Melanie Solis, talked about the news and said how this kind of thing can happen when their families were waiting for their kid to come home. It is something that you can never forget or never believe.

Crosses and flowers are now all over the spot of the deadly crash.

According to reports from the officers, Lavon police still don’t know what led to the crash. The wet road might have been the reason for the crash.
