Dallas: 22-year old arrested after hitting Dallas ambulance carrying pregnant woman

22-year-old Demarco Gonzalez has been arrested on a Driving While Intoxicated charge. According to the reports from the officers, he crashed into a Dallas Fire-Rescue ambulance that was carrying a pregnant woman to the hospital.
The incident took place at 3 a.m. today when the ambulance was eastbound on Bruton Road, at Masters Drive.

With its emergency lights on, going through the red light to take a left turn, a gray-colored Chrysler 200 driven by Demarco Gonzalez going southbound on Masters Dr. crashed into the ambulance from the front.
No injury has been reported by the officers so far. In fact, the driver of the Chrysler reported that he had hip pain and was rushed to a local hospital. The pregnant woman was immediately transferred to another ambulance.
Further reports from the officers state that the driver of the car was drunk, and has been arrested for Driving while intoxication.
