Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir Khan was heartily welcomed by Legendary filmmaker Karan Johar on Koffee couch on his chat show today. Aamir’s “Thugs Of Hindostan”  is all set to hit the screens this week. On the chat show, the actor not only talked about his upcoming film but also equation with his ex-wife Reena Dutta, the most-talked-about #MeToo Movement, and his love for Megastar Amitabh Bachchan. Aamir said he is nervous about his upcoming film that is all set to hit the screen, this Thursday. He further added that most of his films have given social messages but this film is a "mainstream" film wherein he is playing as Firangi Mullah.

Aamir Khan divorced his ex-wife Reena Dutta in 2002.  He said after spending 16 years of life with Reena, their divorce was a "traumatic" for both of them. Aamir then married Kiran Rao in 2005 and shares a good equation with Reena.

Aamir talked about #MeToo Movement also that has gained considerable momentum these days. Karan said, it’s the right thing that is happening today. Women have been facing this problem from decades and the time has come to fight back.
Aamir said he is glad that such movement is happening. He was shocked when he first heard about naming and shaming people whom he knew professionally.

Aamir said that he always wanted to work with Amitabh Bachchan and he is a huge fans of Big B. Working with Amitabh Bachchan for the first time in “Thugs Of Hindostan” was an intimidating experience.
