Rainy forecast forces many in North Texas to change Halloween plans

Rainy Forecast and expected cold weather have forced many in North Texans to work on a backup plan for Halloween. The Meteorologist says that the forecast is still uncertain. The rain might end in most of the parts of North Texas by evening. So, later, enthusiast people can celebrate Halloween. But yes, the temperature is surely going to be as low as the 50s.

The Southlake Fire Department and the Department of Public Safety of the city united with community vendors to pass out treats to the kids in a safe environment so they celebrated their trunk-or-treat event a day before.
Butler Elementary School, Arlington students celebrated this day by wearing their costumes to school. Basically, it is the tradition of this school to celebrate Halloween with a Monster Mash throughout the day. The rain didn’t stop them from planning fun-filled activities for kids.
