DALLAS: Charitable organizations hoping for record-setter this North Texas Giving Day

  • By
Charitable organizations in North Texas are expecting another record-setter this North Texas Giving Day. This day really helps locals make a real difference in the life of so many.

North Texas Giving Day has become a trend that helps thousands of thousands of registered local non-profit organizations.

Since the day, this event began; it has managed to gain $240 million for non-profits in the 20-county North Texas region.

Last year only, this event helped 1,300 Dallas County non-profits who participated. Those organizations could get more than $25 million in donations from almost 31,000 donors. And we must say that this doesn’t include any bonus prizes or matching funds.

We feel proud in announcing that Retired Dallas Mavericks legend Dirk Nowitzki and his wife have been selected to serve honorary chairs for this year's event.

Throughout this day, North Texas Good Day will continue to collect charities. If you are interested, you can make your donation or pick your favorite organization by visiting www.NorthTexasGivingDay.org
