Saaho: Shraddha Kapoor’s fitness regime revealed by her trainer

Shraddha Kapoor is one of the busiest actresses of the tinsel town who is quite busy in promoting her upcoming film, ‘Saaho’ alongside Prabhas. The actress is juggling between three film sets and making sure that she is following her rigorous workout routine to stay healthy and fit.

According to the report from sources, Shraddha’s fitness trainer revealed that the actress is currently busy with her hectic work schedule but still she never fails to work out for a minimum of 45-50 minutes every day. She is currently on a cross-fit regime that includes some mobility and flexibility drills.
Despite her tight work schedule, the actress manages to spare some time or sometimes cut down her sleep time to make sure she follows her fitness regime. She also follows a strict diet plan to maintain her physic.
