Dallas: It's official. Uber to open a brand new office in Dallas

Reports from top officials stated that Uber will open a brand new office in Dallas. The new office will be the largest office of Uber outside its headquarters in San Francisco and will employ around 3,000 workers.
 
Combine incentives of more than $36 million will be given to the company by the state, Dallas County and the city of Dallas. In fact, the commissioner at Dallas County has announced the approval of a $3 million incentive package.
 

The CEO of Uber, Dara Khosrowshahi said that Uber app was available in 2012 in Dallas making Texas, a hub of the innovation center and the new office is expected to major investment to Texas and increase their commitment to the Dallas city. Dara thanked Governor Abbott, Mayor Johnson and Judge Jenkins for their partnership in making this dream a reality.

Uber will open its office into a new 23-story building, The Epic. Under construction building on the edge of Deep Ellum will start its operations from a few hundred employees and eventually it will increase its strength to 3,000 within four years.
