Texas: Police officers searching for biker who shot Henderson County deputy

Texas Police officers are searching for a man who intentionally shot a Henderson County Sheriff's deputy.
The incident took place at around 3 a.m when a motorcyclist refused to stop for the deputy. Then started a high-speed chase that ended in the Berryville area, about 100 miles southeast of Dallas.

According to reports from Sheriff Botie Hillhouse, some shots were exchanged and the deputy was hit at least once. Though he was wearing a bulletproof vest, he suffered injuries and is now recovering at his home after being treated at Tyler hospital.
The biker has been identified as a 39-year-old Jeremy Cook of Grand Prairie. Officers have released this picture of Jeremy Cook Further reports from officers stated that he is a frequent Dallas area passer-by and often pass through that area. He may have arms and can be dangerous as well
Anyone who locates Cook should immediately give a call to 911. He will be charged with capital murder charges when caught.
