Fans demand Bharat Ratna for late composer and singer Ravindra Jain

Late composer-singer Ravindra Jain was visually impaired, but he didn't let his weakness become a world-famous musician. Music lovers, his fans continue to listen to his songs, and recently, his fantastic shows from the '90s like 'Ramayan' and 'Shri Krishna' are in the air, and his fans demand Bharat Ratna for the composer-singer.
Several fans suggested that he should get the prestigious Bharat Ratna Award. About the award, his wife said, "It would be proud of me to make such demands or requests. It means a lot when fans say such things. Somewhere, I agree with Jain Saab's fans, not as a wife, but as a music lover, who enjoyed his work."

She further added, "Jain saab's popularity never ceases to exist. I keep a check on his online page, and even after this death, fans keep asking for more tracks to be released on the channel, even his older ones. The comments on his page have increased manifold after Ramanand Sagar ji's shows started airing on television again. The tracks' Hum Katha Sunate Hain', 'Mangal Bhawan Amangal Hari' and even 'Shri Krishna Govind Hare Murari' are getting so many views, stating that people cried after listening to these songs,"
Arun Govil, who played Lord Ram, says he appreciates music given by Ravindra Jain and mentioned, "His music was like sanjeevani for our show 'Ramayan'. Had it not been for his songs, Ramayan's story wouldn't have moved ahead as beautifully as it did," he says.

Jain gave countless hits including 'Saudagar', 'Chor Machaye Shor', 'Chitchor', 'Geet Gaata Chal', 'Fakira', 'Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se', 'Dulhan Wahi Jo Piya Man Bhaye', 'Paheli', 'Do Jasoos', 'Pati Patni Aur Who', 'Insaf Ka Tarazu', 'Nadiya Ke Paar', 'Ram Teri Ganga Maili' and 'Henna'.
