Dallas: Police looking for Garland minivan driven in hit-and-run case

Police officers are looking for a Garland minivan driver who is a likely suspect in a hit and run case that took place on Wednesday in the afternoon.
 

The accident happened around 1 p.m. on Action Street, located on the east side of the city. According to officers, the incident happened when the victim was working on a ladder and trying to tie down a car on a trailer. CCTV footage has made it clear that the minivan driver hit him. The minivan driver gets out of his van after hitting, looks and then moves away from the area. Minivan is damaged to its front passenger side.
 
The victim was lying in the street with a head injury and rushed to the hospital in serious condition.
