Dallas: Garland minivan driver arrested after leaving a man for dead

Garland police officers have finally arrested the minivan driver in the hit-and-run case who left a man for dead after injuring him to critical condition.

Yesterday in the afternoon, a tip helped officers catch 35-year old Miguel Angel Castro from Richardson. According to reports, this minivan driver hit 29-year old Travis Gray on Wednesday on Action Street, a  road across Forest Lane near Plano Road.
CCTV footage clearly shows him coming out of the car and looking at the injured but instead of helping, he left him to death. Gray was later rushed to the hospital in critical condition. The family member of the victim says he is the soon-to-be father of three is still unresponsive.
Castro has been arrested and charged with failing to stop and giving help to the victim who is seriously injured.
